I always strive to use only the techniques which are helpful according to the client’s situation. This saves my time, the client’s time and the client's money, and simultaneously the client feels satisfied and this enables him or her to build up trust for the therapist. This trust and respect is what truly matters in my job.

Exercise on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week. You can do: jogging, gym, swimming, biking (be careful, because there is a lot of strain put on your neck and shoulders, when you are sitting on a bike), or simply walking.

     Because I do a postural assessment before I start giving massage.Because the techniques I use are one of the most effective for: stiff muscles, back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, sprains, ligament and tendon injuries, postural problems, ‘old’ injuries, and many more.
